To all our patients,

We hope you and your families are keeping safe and well at this time.

At the Geelong Osteopathy Group, we want you to know that we have taken the threat of COVID-19 seriously and for that reason we now have some different appointment options for you to choose from. Our clinic remains open for in-rooms consultations however, for those of you isolating or wanting the flexibility of an appointment from the comfort of your own home we are now also offering a Telehealth service.

Geelong Osteopathy Group is now offering Telehealth consultations!  

For those of you, who are unable to see us in-rooms, we are proud to announce that we are now offering Telehealth consultations. Which essentially means you can access our services from the comforts of your home or office! All you will need is a computer, smart device or phone. For all Telehealth appointments, your appointment confirmation and reminder will include a link to access your online Osteopathy video session.

What if I would like an in-rooms consultation?

The coronavirus is highly contagious, so we want to minimise the risk to you and your families as much as possible when visiting our clinics. As a result, we have introduced new measures for those seeking an in-rooms urgent care consultation.

The following criteria need to be met prior to you attending your appointment:

❌ NO fever / temperature

❌ NO sore throat / cough

❌ NO shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

❌ NO overseas travel in the last 14 days or contact with anyone recently returned from overseas

❌ NO contact with anyone who has flu like symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19

PLUS

✅ You are following strict personal hygiene rules eg regular hand washing

✅ Please use hand sanitiser or soap & water at the beginning and end of your consultation

✅ Our consultations will be limited to 1 person, unless a legal guardian is required

✅ We ask that you wait in your car or outside our main entrance to be called for your appointment

✅ Please make sure that you are following the social distancing rules and self-isolation policies
