At the Geelong Osteopathy Group, we want you to know that we are taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously. The coronavirus is highly contagious, so we want to minimise the risk to you and your families as much as possible.
What measures have been undertaken?
Our clinic has implemented a number of stringent infection control processes. Such as disinfectant cleaning, use of hand sanitiser, wearing of face masks, one-touch linen, minimising patient-to-patient interactions etc.
What about face to face consultations?
Our clinic remains open for in-rooms consultations! Essentially we are asking patients to abide by the following precautions…
Prior to attending an appointment we ask that you meet the following COVID-19 criteria:
NO fever / temperature
NO sore throat / cough
NO shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
NO flu like symptoms
NO contact with anyone who has flu like symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID-19
NO overseas travel in the last 14 days or contact with anyone recently returned from overseas
✅ We ask that you bring and wear a face mask during consultations. Otherwise we can provide you with one.
✅ We ask that you wait in your car and we will call you in at the time of the appointment
✅ We will provide hand sanitiser to be used at the beginning and the end of your consultation
✅ Our consultations will be limited to 1 person, unless a legal guardian is required
✅ We ask that you are abiding by Federal & State Government COVID-19 recommendations & directives
